Cheesy Cauliflower “Bread”sticks

Cauliflower… BREADsticks? No way. We all see those recipes on Pinterest that we’re dying to try… but once we do, they never seem to come out as delicious as they looked in the pictures. This recipe however, has won me over! Now, don’t get me wrong, cauliflower will never taste the same as delicious, fatty, carbohydrate loaded garlic bread… but this is a great healthy alternative. If you follow the recipe instructions to the T, then you can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Thank you Olena! http://ifoodreal.com/cauliflower-breadsticks-recipe/

-1 head cauliflower, large (7″ – 8″ wide)- I used a bag of frozen cauliflower and it worked just fine.
-1/4 cup egg whites
-1/2 cup + 3/4 cup (for topping) Mozzarella/Tex Mex cheese, shredded
-1 tsp Italian herb seasoning or any dried herbs like rosemary, basil, parsley
-1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
-Pinch of salt
-Marinara sauce for dipping
